The UEFA EURO 2012 ticket portal is open for fans who bought tickets via the public sales or through the sales of the participating national associations.
The portal allows these fans to review their ticket order, track the shipment and update their guest data (in the case of tickets bought via the participating national associations).
In addition, in the event that further UEFA EURO 2012 tickets become available, they will be displayed in this portal where they will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
For any new purchases, the tickets will not be shipped; they will need to be picked up at the ticket collection point near the relevant stadium by the person who made the acquisition (valid ID and a printout of the confirmation email required).

The UEFA EURO 2012 charity ticket auction ended at midnight on 6 May. Tickets have been allocated to the fans with the highest bids for 50 tickets per match. The net amount of money received above the face value of the tickets will be donated to Respect Inclusion, one of four social projects that together comprise UEFA's Respect campaign for the tournament.
In case additional tickets become available you will be informed about the potential sales channels via UEFA.com.
Ticketing policy
After consultation with the Polish and Ukrainian football associations and local organising committees (LOCs), UEFA has put in place a transparent and fair ticketing policy with the aim of offering affordable prices for all 31 UEFA EURO 2012 matches. Prices range from €30 to €600. The purchasing power of local citizens was taken into account and the cheapest tickets cost 50% less than for UEFA EURO 2008 in Austria and Switzerland.
Tickets for fans of the 16 participating national associations in UEFA EURO 2012 were sold from December to 2 March, allocating the 32% share dedicated to the teams and their supporters.
About 85% of tickets will end up in the hands of fans, either through UEFA.com or through competitions organised by official sponsors of UEFA EURO 2012.
