6 Pack Exercises Using a Chair

With these 6 pack exercises using a chair, you can get rid of belly fat and make your stomach flat. Just alternate the 6 pack exercises below during commercials or while watching TV. In a few weeks, you'll see some pretty good results.

Option 1:

Sit on a chair while stretching your arms to either side. The palms of your hands should face upwards. Count to five. While counting, raise your hands over your head. Hold out your arms in a "skyward" position for about ten seconds. Then slowly count to five again as you lower down your arms over to your sides. Repeat the exercise five to ten times.

Option 2:

Sit on a chair and wrap your hands around your right knee. Your fingers should be interlaced together. In three to five seconds, slowly lean forward towards your right knee. Lean as far as you can while breathing out as you lean forward. In three to five seconds again, return to your upright position. Repeat the exercise five times for the right knee and another five times for the left knee.

Option 3:

Sit straight on a chair but your feet should be flat on the floor. In three to five seconds, slowly raise your right leg up. It should be extending straight forward. Hold the position for five to ten seconds before you slowly lower your leg to the floor. Repeat the exercise ten to fifteen times with your right leg and afterwards, with your left leg.

You don't need drastic and very intense 6 pack exercises to get rid of those unwanted fats on your belly. With religious exercise even while sitting or watching TV at home, you can lose that flat stomach you used to have. Don't be discouraged if you don't see results in one to two weeks, it takes time but you'll get there. Make it a point to stick to the 6 pack exercises and you will be pleasently surprised at the results.
