Celebrating Visual Excellence and Creativity – Hong Kong Independent Short Film and Video Awards

There are 5 categories of awards which are presented at IFVA, namely; the Open Category, Animation Category, Interactive Media Category, Youth Category, and the Asian New Force Category, each which has a Gold and Silver Award on offer. The reputation of these awards is such that many local film makers, upon receiving the award, have gone on to gain international fame and success, making these awards a stepping stone for all young film-makers. TheHong Kong Independent Short Film and Video Awards 2012 will be held in March, and is sure to be a night filled with glamour, creativity, talent and pure entertainment.
