Tell Me Briefly About Yourself: This is the first thing the Corporate HR manager will ask you when appearing for any interview. There is no interview that can begin without this question. In fact, it sets the stage for the interview. When answering to this question, interviewee should avoid giving his/her life story here. There is no need to explain each and everything from your birth to present day. You simply need to highlight important facts about your education, your past and present employers.

The Reason behind Leaving Your Job: You need to be straightforward while answering this question. The most common answer for this question is that you are searching for a new job because you want a growth in your career graph and achieve a position that allows you to grow personally and professionally. You should avoid mentioning money when answering to this question as it makes you sound mercenary. Always stay positive. In case you were terminated, make sure you give a good reason for that. Remember that a positive attitude can win many hearts.

Tell Me What Do You Know About Our Company: This is another tricky question asked by most employers. So make sure you do your homework beforehand. You must know about a little bit about the company's management, especially if you are appearing for the interview in a corporate setup. You must know about what you are going to work for. This will help you stand out in the crowd. It shows how serious you are about your job and your work.

Why Do You Want to Work With Us: This question is somewhat related to the previous question. The research you do on the company gives you the answer to the question that why you would want to work with the company. You should put some thought into the reply before appearing for the interview. You can tell about your career objectives and plans.

Tell About Your Relevant Experience For This Position: If you are applying for this post, you obviously have related experience. However, if you are changing careers or trying something different, the interviewee may ask you that your experience is not relevant to the job opening in question. This is when you should show a little honest creativity to match the experience needed with the one you have. Exploit your communication skills and customer services skills.

What Would Your Colleagues Say About You If They Are Here: You don't really need to be brutally honest here. If you believe your colleagues are going to say that you are a dull, boring person, there is no need to actually say it in front of the interviewee. Just stay positive. Simply smile and answer that "They would say I was hard working and the most reliable person in the organization.

What do You Do in Your Free Time: You should answer in such a way that it gives an impression that you take your career seriously and put all your efforts to improve your skills? If you are appearing for further studies, do mention it. It will leave a positive impression on the interviewers.

What is The Motivation Factor for You to Do a Good Work: You should never mention money while answering this question, even if it is. You should rather say that you want recognition for your work.

What is Your Biggest Strength: This may seem a simple question but it can leave you speechless at times. So be prepared with the answer before appearing for the interview. You can say you give your best when work under pressure, a great motivator and have awesome problem solving ability.

What is Your Biggest Weakness: You don't need to be completely honest here. Don't say you don't have any weakness as interviewer will know you are obviously lying.
